Project Harbour

Residence

Set on the edge of Lake Simcoe, this once-standard resort townhouse became a soulful lakeside retreat. Hand-troweled plaster, rustic wood ceilings, and tumbled marble floors add warmth and texture, while walnut cabinetry and artisanal lighting strike a refined balance in a handcrafted, Mediterranean-inspired escape.
